Denver Capitol Hill is just to the East of downtown Denver and Lodo.  Denver Capitol Hill is a diverse historical area with large trees and spectacular historical architectural styles. Denver Capitol Hill homes are just East of Denver's Capitol Building and very close to Denver's Downtown for work, shopping or dining on the 16th street mall.

Denver Capitol Hill was developed years ago when homes were designed with alleys and garages tucked behind the home.  Denver Capitol Hill is approx. between Broadway, Colfax, Downing and Sixth Ave. There is a varied depth of styles and an eclectic mix of architecture using old world materials of stone and brick. There are many historically built Denver Capitol Hill homes as it is close to downtown.  Many of the styles have been maintained to show Denver's history and you can find Denver Townhomes as well as Historical Denver homes in this area.

Also mixed in are historical brick buildings that started as large homes or have been converted to apartment buildings or Capitol Hill condos.
