Mortgage

You are not alone that you will most likely need a home loan commonly referred to as a "mortgage" to purchase a home.  But "where do I start"?

There's many lenders locally and on the internet who can help with your mortgage or home loan keeping in mind we want the best rate and low monthly payments.  Personally, I prefer the option of being able to go to their office to see them.  Many mortgage institutions say they have mortgage programs offering the best rate or low monthly payments.  Do some research, ask Frank Nuebel, your Realtor for names of people who he knows, or ask friends and relatives for names that they are familiar with or whom they have used.  Referrals are a great source of finding a mortage lender since you want the best rate and a reputable source.

Options and programs vary from lender to lender, but the best rate will as well, so make sure you do your homework.   It is important to know the mortgage programs that best suit your needs and gets you the best rate and lowest monthly payment that you can afford.

I have an extensive list of lenders and mortgage institutions whom I have worked with.  I would be happy to share their contact information with you so that you can make a well informed decision on your mortgage.  Contact me and I will share information with you.
